Shaylen is a country-pop singer and songwriter based in Nashville — raw, witty, and, by her own description, zero percent filtered. She turns heartbreaks, hangovers and hard lessons into songs that land somewhere between a therapy session and a much-needed girls' night out.

Her breakout, What If I Don't, has passed 65 million streams. Not long after, she made her Grand Ole Opry debut — a bucket-list dream since childhood — where Chris Young surprised her on stage in front of a sold-out crowd.

The writing is the point. Her songs read like unsent texts and journal entries: the advice you'd only give your best friend, delivered with enough humour to survive it. Recent singles — You Smell Like A Cigarette, All Hat, No Cowboy, Loneliest Man, Jack Gets Me Sober and Daddy Issues — trade in the sharp, unsentimental end of country: the men who talk a bigger game than they play, the habits that outlast the relationship, and the version of yourself you only meet at closing time.

This site is her official home. The music links, the tour dates and the mailing list all come straight from Shaylen.
